1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Seoprog (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in "Changes to these Terms" below.

2. What is Seoprog?

Seoprog is a web-based tool for auditing websites for search-engine and AI-assistant visibility, generating suggested fixes, and tracking results over time. The Service is an informational and productivity aid. It is not professional SEO, marketing, legal, or other advice, and results are not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for providing an accurate email address. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only to analyze websites that you own or are authorized to analyze. You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or seek unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to others except as your plan expressly allows;
• use the Service to send spam or to process personal data unlawfully;
• circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls;
• use any AI feature to generate, request, or attempt to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, that exploits or endangers minors, that incites violence, or that facilitates fraud, phishing, malware, or other deception.

We may suspend or limit accounts we reasonably believe are misusing the Service.

5. AI features and usage allowances

Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence models and live web search to generate audits, suggestions, and visibility checks. All AI output produced by the Service is text only - the Service does not generate images, audio, or video from prompts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date - you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Paid plans include a fair-use monthly allowance of built-in AI. If you reach that allowance, built-in AI may pause, and you can continue by adding your own AI provider key. Allowances and limits may change over time.

6. Plans, billing, and payments

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our payments provider, Creem, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, handles billing and any applicable taxes, and is your counterparty for the payment transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, with any change taking effect on your next renewal. Card and payment details are handled by Creem and are not stored by us.

7. Is there a free tier or refunds?

Seoprog has a free tier, so you can create an account and try the Service before you pay. Because you can evaluate the Service for free, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you may have under Creem's policies, as Merchant of Record, or under consumer-protection law that applies to you. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and if you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will work with you and Creem in good faith.

8. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the websites, text, keywords, and other inputs you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service - for example, to fetch a URL you ask us to check, to send relevant content to our AI provider to generate a result, and to store your account and usage records. Much of your working data, such as the rankings you track and your saved settings, is stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content other than Your Content, belongs to the operators of Seoprog and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with these Terms. You may use the reports and outputs you generate for your own business purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that audit results or AI suggestions will be accurate or complete, or that following any suggestion will improve search rankings or AI visibility. Search engines and AI systems are outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Seoprog will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the operators of Seoprog harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability - will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, provide notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
